Hey, I’m Carolyn,

I’ve been in the grooming industry for over 20 years. I have owned my own high-end salons and now focus on improving industry standards through my other company, AGSS (Australian Grooming Safety Standard).

I have a strong passion for ensuring dogs are not only leaving the salon looking their best, but also feeling safe and respected.

My favourite part about grooming is being a part of the experience the dogs come to enjoy, and the happiness of our clients when they love the end result

Hi, I’m Cloe. I’m 22 years old and have been working in the grooming industry for the past year.

I’m incredibly passionate about creating a calm, positive experience for every dog in my care and making sure they feel comfortable, safe and supported throughout their groom.

I love combining gentle handling with beautiful finishes so each dog leaves looking and feeling their best.

My favourite part of grooming is building connections with all the beautiful dogs that come through the salon each day, especially the cuddles along the way.

Hi, I’m Lucy. I’m 19 years old and have been working in the dog grooming industry for a little over 10 months.

I’ve always had a strong love for animals, so being able to work with dogs every day is something I genuinely enjoy. I’m passionate about making each dog feel comfortable, cared for and relaxed throughout their grooming experience while helping them look and feel their absolute best.

One of my favourite parts of grooming is seeing each dog leave the salon happy, fresh and beautifully cared for.
